The initial consultation consists of a health, fitness and lifestyle questionnaire where we learn about, not only your previous exercise experience and medical history, but also understand exactly how we can structure this package to best fit around your lifestyle. This is a strict methodology that we tailor in a bespoke fashion to your own unique circumstances.
The 28 Day Body Blitz package features minimum 3 personal training sessions a week that use the personal training techniques specially developed to meet clients goals. This package is designed for the gym environment where workouts are designed to push you both physically and mentally and with documented weekly body weight checks, as well as specific fitness tests we aim to keep you focussed and motivated towards your end goal.
This element of the package is essentially most important as it aims to give clients personalised dietary programmes and guidelines for the 28 days of the package. Similar to the 12 Week Body Transformation package we use personalised dietary questionnaires to assess not only your macronutrient needs but also vitamin and mineral deficiencies and antioxidant capacity. The information is then used to design a diet plan aimed at replenishing vitamin and mineral levels and boosting antioxidant capacity as well quantifying your new macronutrient intake for fat loss and muscle tone.
